RETURN POLICY: Unopened packages may be returned within 30 days. The consumer is responsible to pay the return shipping unless the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item.) Any and all electronic media shall be subject to all national and international laws concerning the proprietary nature and copy write of said materials and these laws shall be considered when refunds are requested. Defective merchandise will be replaced free of charge. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks after your package has been received by our office, however in many cases you will receive your refund more quickly. RETURN POLICY only relates to MERCHANDISE and not to REGISTRATIONS.
REFUND POLICY: All registration fees are non refundable. Persons registered for a live event that are unable to attend may switch to another date/location or choose the Distance Learning Program provided the registrant notifies NICCM in writing before the beginning of the event. Additional fees may apply.
NO SHOW POLICY: Registrants who "no show' an event will consider that full services were rendered and will not be eligible for a refund.
CANCELATION POLICY: In the event that a conference is canceled or postponed the registrant will have the option to switch to another event, Distance Learning or receive a refund. Registrants must inform NICCM in writing of the option they choose within 7 days of the canceled event.
Chargeback Fee: NICCM and HandPrint will charge a $75 chargeback fee for any chargebacks. If you have any questions or concerns about a charge on your statement please contact us directly at 602-476-1422.

$5.01-$10.00 for $2.00
$10.01-$20.00 for $5.00
$20.01-$130.00 for $10.00
$130.01-$300 for $20.00
$301-$500 for $25.00
$501-$1000 for $30.00
$1001-$1500 for $40.00
$1501-$2000 for $50.00
$2001-$2500 for $60.00
$2501-$3000 for $70.00
Within the United States
All packages are shipped United States Postal Service Priority Mail. You should expect to receive your package with in 7 business days. Shipping fees with in the Continental United States, Hawaii and its territories shall be based on the shipping fees chart. Outside the United States
There may be extra cost to shipping a package outside of the United States. If extra shipping cost are needed you will be notified with shipping all your shipping options. Depending on the shipping method you choose.
