Very Informative, great information for teachers

I enjoyed this training when I took it that I ordered it for my staff. I love how It starts out with a personality test for the teachers to do for themselves and then how in-depth he goes on each one of the personalities and how it correlates to them in a classroom. Every child is unique and teachers need to realize this when they are teaching and expecting them to listen, learn, and how to redirect them when they are not doing what is asked of them.
