Return Policy

Products

RETURN POLICY:  Unopened packages may be returned within 30 days. The consumer is responsible to pay the return shipping unless the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item.)   Any and all electronic media shall be subject to all national and international laws concerning the proprietary nature and copy write of said materials and these laws shall be considered when refunds are requested.  Defective merchandise will be replaced free of charge. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks after your package has been received by our office, however in many cases you will receive your refund more quickly.  RETURN POLICY only relates to MERCHANDISE and not to REGISTRATIONS.

Registration Fees

REFUND POLICY: All registration fees are non refundable. Persons registered for a live event that are unable to attend may switch to another date/location, prior to the beginning of the event, by paying a switch fee. A switch made more than 4 weeks in advance will have an additional fee of $50. If a switch is requested within 4 weeks of the event and additional fee of $100 applies. Switch fees must be paid before the event begins to avoid forfeiting the registration fee with a "no show".

NO SHOW POLICY: Registrants who "no show' an event will agree that full services were rendered and will not be eligible for a refund.

CANCELATION POLICY: In the event that a conference is canceled or postponed the registrant will have the option to switch to another event, Distance Learning or receive a full refund. Registrants must inform NICCM in writing by email to NICCM@handorint.org of the option they choose within 7 days of the canceled event.

RE-TESTING AND REPROCESSING:  Re-testing and reprocessing are a courtesy offered by our organization and not a right held by the student.  It is at the discretion of the instructor whether to offer this opportunity or not.  The instructor may decide to require attendance at a live event in order to receive this service.  

CHARGEBACK FEE: NICCM and HandPrint will charge a $75 chargeback fee for any chargebacks. If you have any questions or concerns about a charge on your statement please contact us directly at 602-476-1422.

$301-$600 for $25.00
$601-$1000 for $45.00
$1001-$1500 for $50.00
$1501-$2000 for $55.00
$2001-$2500 for $60.00
$2501-$3000 for $70.00

Within the United States

All packages are shipped United States Postal Service Priority Mail. You should expect to receive your package with in 7 business days. Shipping fees with in the Continental United States, Hawaii and its territories shall be based on the shipping fees chart.  If you want to check the status of your order you can do so by call (602) 476-1422.

Outside the United States

There may be extra cost to shipping a package outside of the United States. If extra shipping cost are needed you will be notified with shipping all your shipping options. Depending on the shipping method you choose.
