"Train the Trainer 3.0"

Today many organizations require trainers to be certified with a “Train the Trainer” class. This session fulfills that requirement. Participants will learn how to identify the needs of the group to be trained by doing a “Needs Assessment”. They will then learn to turn that “Needs Assessment” into a general training goal for the session to be developed. Participants will also learn the difference between learning objectives and learning outcomes and will be trained in writing both including the correct verbiage to use in both. Participants will also learn methods for addressing the specific needs and challenges of adult learners.
