Directors must provide training to their staff to insure that their quality staff are all on the same page and trained on important issues and strategies.  This session addresses methods and ways to make that training interesting and fun.  The motivation and learning styles of differing personality styles will be discussed.  This session also can count toward the requirement of trainers who need a “Train the Trainer” class.  Participants will also learn how to determine what people need to be trained on and then the appropriate method to turn that into goals, objectives and outcomes for a session.
